In the bay Mavarhica, connected to Trogir with a small brige, lies Villa Clematis immerged in greenery and bulit in Mediterranean style. Roman-gotic Trogir, also know as "the pearl of Adriatic", is one of the oldest European towns and under the protection of UNESCO. The Villa is only 5 km from Trogir, 10 km from the Airport Ka9tela and 25 km from town of Split.

Villa Clematis has spacious apartment for four guests (2 double bedrooms), apartment for five guests (one double and three-bed room) as well as the apartment for 6 or 7 people (two doble bedrooms and one three-bed room). all apartments also have  a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house has also got a private parking lot.

Its spacious terraces overlook the beautiful bays on the southern side of the island. At the guests' disposal there are also fire places with grill. The offer of Villa includes the possibility of  using the air conditioning as well as of the computer with the connection to the Internet and sat-TV.

In close vicinity from the Villa there are pebbles and rock beaches. Thanks to its contents, Villa Clematis gives you the possilility of the complete rest and relaxaton.
